CHILAIDITI SYNDROM IN CHILD DIAGNOSTIC TRAP (CASE REPORT)

Introduction Chilaiditi syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly. Less reported, especially in pediatric patients. It anatomically defined as the interposition of intestinal segments to hepatodiaphragmatic region. Observation We present case 10-year-old boy who presented our emergency department complaining chest and abdominal pain after trauma, digestive perforation was suggest initially , but CT scan retained diagnosis chiladiti syndrome. The patient conservatively managed, resorved clinical biological evolution very favorable. Conclusion Pneumoperitoneum poses an important diagnostic sign determining urgency management patients, should be differentied characterized by specific radiological findings provide unnecessary surgical management.
